Here at Brand Boudoir we want our customers to be happy with their purchases and the quality of our goods and service mean that you'll be over the moon! Should you wish to return your goods for a refund, exchange or credit note for whatever reason (even if you simply change your mind) you may do so subject to the following returns policy.
What is your returns policy?
|Footwear||All shoes must be tried on carpeted surfaces. Please do not apply adhesive tape or labels directly to the shoe box.|
|Handbag & Accessories||Please ensure that all handbags and accessories including sunglasses and wallets must come back in its |
original packaging and tags.
|Clothing||Please ensure that all clothing must come back in its original packaging, hanger and tags.|
When will I get my refund?
The refund will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the item and will be credited back to the original payment that was used on the order.
If you have paid with Paypal, we will refund the amount to your Paypal account.
If you have paid by credit or debit card, we will refund the amount to the card originally used. Please allow 2-5 working days for the transaction to be visible on your bank statement.
If you would like to exchange an item please make a second purchase on our website, when your item is returned you will receive a refund for the original purchase.
We can also reserve the item if you are worried that it may go out of stock, please email us at email@example.com and a member of our team will be happy to reserve a particular size/style.
(1) Kindly contact our returns department on firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order reference number in exchange for a returns authorisation code. (this is provided by our team Monday-Friday 10:00am - 6:30pm)
(2) The Returns Policy allows you to return goods for a full refund (minus shipping charges) 14 days from the date the goods are physically received if you are not completely satisfied.
(3) Beyond these 14 days, our Returns Policy allows you to return goods for an exchange or credit note to your Brand Boudoir account within 30 days from the date the goods physically arrive if you are not completely satisfied.
(4) Returned goods in all circumstances must be in as new condition with all original packaging and labels, in addition shoes should not have been worn on a hard surface which may have scratched the soles of the shoes. Regretfully any signs of wear will mean that the good are deemed non-returnable.
(5) All refunds are processed back onto the original payment method used when purchasing.
(6) Postage costs are non refundable however if you wish to exchange your goods for another product, we would deliver this exchange free of charge upon receipt of the returned goods.
(7) Customers are liable for any losses incurred whilst returning a product to us so we would suggest that a trackable form of delivery is used to safeguard your products.
(8) Where a product has been shipped free of charge to the UK Mainland, if a refund is requested, a charge of £6.00 applies and is deducted from the original order value. If an exchange is requested, there is no charge and the replacement products are shipped out free of charge.
(9) In the rare case that a faulty good has been received by our customers, Brand Boudoir will refund all a costs associated with returning the faulty goods back to us and dispatching a replacement however the fault must be highlighted to Brand Boudoir within 30 days of date of purchase.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products on the website and to portray the texture of the materials. However, please note that the colour of products depends on the settings of various monitors and that texture on some of our natural leather products can vary slightly. We would be more than happy to send you further pictures of any of our products photographed in plain daylight should you request.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
