RETURNING OR EXCHANGING PURCHASE

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return it back to us. 

We aim to process all returns within 3 calendar days of receiving your order back. Whilst it may be sooner, please allow up to 5 calendar days during sale periods.

Items can be returned for a refund or an exchange, this also applies to sale items. 

Once your return is received, it will be thoroughly inspected in accordance with our Returns Policy. Once accepted, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your return and refund.

EXCHANGES
Exchanging an item for a more suitable size will be dispatched out to you for free, however, all exchanges are subject to stock available and adherence to our returns policy.
We recommend you to call our customer service team and they will be able to reserve the item. 

PLEASE NOTE:
If you have purchased multiple items in different orders, we advise you to send all items back in one parcel to ensure that we will be able to process your return quickly. 
All items should be returned as new and in a saleable condition, and with all tags still attached. Shoes should also be returned with its original shoe box as this is considered part of the product. 

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR ONLINE PURCHASE

  1. Kindly contact our returns department on returns@brandboudoir.com stating your WEB order number in exchange for a returns authorisation code. 
  2. The returns policy allows you to return goods for a full refund (minus shipping charges) 14 days from the date the goods are physically received if you are not completely satisfied. 
  3. Beyond these 14 days, our returns policy allows you to return for an exchange or store credit to your brand boudoir account within 30 days from the date you placed your order. 
  4. All returns must be in new condition and with all original packaging and labels, in addition, shoes should not have been worn on a hard surface which may have scratched the soles of the shoes. Regretfully any signs of wear will mean that the item are deemed non-returnable. 
  5. Postage costs are non-refundable. 
  6. Customers are liable for any losses incurred whilst returning an item back to us, we would suggest that a trackable form of delivery is used to safeguard your products.

The refund will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the item and will be credited back to the original payment that was used on the order. 

If you have paid with Paypal, we will refund the amount to your Paypal account. 

If you have paid by credit or debit card, we will refund the amount to the card originally used. Please allow 2-5 working days for the transaction to be visible on your bank statement. 

An item is deemed faulty if it has been received by you in an imperfect condition or if there is a subsequent manufacturing fault. We do not consider wear and tear to be a fault. 

To return a faulty item to us, you would need to contact our customer service team with the following information:
- Your proof of invoice including your WEB order number
- A short description of the fault 
- Images of the fault
