All orders require a signature on delivery. It is not possible to deliver to an alternative address once items have been dispatched. Calling cards can not be left in communal areas, our couriers will attempt 2 deliveries before your goods are returned to us.
We always aim to ship all orders to the UK Mainland on a 'next working day service on orders placed before 14:30. At current, however, to keep our staff and customers safe, we're dispatching orders on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays
UK customers will receive an email or a text message on the morning their order is due from DPD. DPD will email a one-hour delivery window time slot. International customers are provided with tracking details from the moment their goods are dispatched all the way through to delivery.
EUROPEAN DELIVERIES
The UK has now left the European Union. Please, therefore, note that EU sales are no longer inclusive of VAT from our website. Instead, customers to the EU may have to pay customs duties or import VAT once the parcel reaches the destination country and prior to the parcel bring released.
We do not have control over these charges and we recommend that you contact your local customs office to enquire what the cost may be as any additional costs are payable by the recipient directly.
