Our daily cut off time for all UK orders is 2:30 PM GMT. Any orders placed after this time will be shipped the following working day.

Security and Liability
Brand Boudoir does not accept liability for any delivery instructions issued to the delivery company by the customer.
If you leave instructions requesting a parcel to be left in a different location, for example, the shed, garage or neighbour etc) we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive your parcel.

European Deliveries
The UK has now left the European Union. Please, therefore, note that EU sales are no longer inclusive of VAT from our website. Instead, customers to the EU may have to pay duty and taxes once the parcel reaches the destination country and prior to the parcel bring released.
We do not have control over these charges and we recommend that you contact your local customs office to enquire what the cost may be as any additional costs are payable by the recipient directly.
Import duty/customs and restrictions
Prices on our website are shown as inclusive of UK VAT. We ship to all international countries on a delivery duty unpaid basis.
This means that the recipient will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties which may be charged on the purchase.
Brand Boudoir cannot be held responsible should local customs authorities wish to confiscate any items or charge any import duty. The recipient is responsible for paying the duty.
Failure to pay for duties and in the event that the products are returned back to our warehouse due to this reason will result in a refund with a deduction of the return cost including any charges we are levied with. In this event, we shall also deduct the original shipping cost from the refund.
If your order is returned to sender due to multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts, you will be liable to pay the return shipping charges.
Please be advised that Brand Boudoir cannot be held accountable for delays in customs clearance.
Once your order has been dispatched, an email will be sent to you with tracking details. If a mobile number is provided on the order, you will also receive a text message letting you know the 1 hour delivery time slot. We recommend you to provide a mobile number when placing the order.
We don't ship to PO BOX addresses, please kindly provide a residential or business address as the parcel requires a signature upon delivery.
We are currently offering Saturday delivery to UK Mainland addresses which costs £10.99. This service is not available to orders going to Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Scottish Islands of BFPO addresses.
Once an order has been dispatched and has left our warehouse, we are unable to redirect orders or amend the address/size/style.
The United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations give you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
For orders that are 'Awaiting Dispatch' it may be possible to cancel your order before it is dispatched.
