Additional Delivery Information
Import Duty : Prices on our website are shown as inclusive of UK VAT. We ship to all countries outside of the EU on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis. This means the recipient will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties which may be charged on the purchase. Brand Boudoir cannot be held responsible should local customs authorities wish to confiscate any items or charge any import duty. The recipient is responsible for paying the duty. Failure to pay for duties and in the event that the products are returned back to our office due to this reason will result in a refund with a deduction of the cost of shipping the goods back to us including any charges we are levied with. In this event we shall also deduct the original shipping cost from the refund.
Late Deliveries : We aim to deliver items within 6 working days to international addresses. Late deliveries could be due to a number of reasons. If you feel your package is late, the first step is to check the tracking code you received on your dispatch email. Occasionally goods may be subject to delays due to customs. The customer is responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared. If your item has left our warehouse and you feel it's severely overdue, please email us at email@example.com including your order number in the email.
Customs : There may be specific demands made by Customs or your parcel may be held for checks, dependent on the country of export – unfortunately this is out of our control and we cannot be held accountable for delays. You will find known Customs demands below
Norway : Customers must provide the courier with their 11 digit National Security Number for goods to be cleared by Norwegian Customs.
Croatia : Delivery may take up to 14 days due to Customs restrictions.
There are varying time limits in which you cancel your order depending on what country you have selected to be dispatched to.
For UK Next Day Delivery orders, we request that any cancellations are made no more than 15 minutes after the order is placed.
For European & International orders, we request that cancellations are made no more than 30 minutes after the order is placed.
The United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations give you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund. For orders that are 'Awaiting Dispatch' it may be possible to cancel your order before it is dispatched.
